River Power Permissions
Jayne Cobb has infrared vision.

So he can see heat sources and things like that, not that he knows too much about exactly how it works. He might associate it more with night vision than anything else. He'll be able to see most anything once he gets the ability to working. If you'd like a specific circumstance where he's using his river power, just ask!
